How it works?
Our team will firstly reach out to all candidates to find a good fit for your job posting’s position. After checking their background and resume, we will ask the most potential candidates to record a small introduction video where they can introduce yourself, their experience, background ,etc. Those videos will be sent to your business and can be checked at “My Candidate” page. Once you are satisfied with them, we will arrange the interviews to both you and those candidates. This way, every interview for you will be worth it.
